You would need to find a partner, a test could find it for you; you could simply run your information with thousands of other partners and find you best option that way. This article also implies that marriage can be broken down into a simple mathematical equation. This article also states that love an commitment is not enough to sustain a relationship, that communication is the most important aspect. 3. I don’t know exactly what he means by zinger, but I’m assuming that he is referring to a sly remark during a verbal conflict. This could counteract 20 positive acts of kindness because it invalidates the relationship, and makes personal attacks on the partner, thus, ruining communication which Markman emphasizes so strongly. 4. Physiological responses to marital joy would most likely influence the relationship positively, just as marital upsets would. I do not think that marital joys could block out the realizations of marital upsets, but could possibly cushion the blow. For a healthy relationship, one must recognize both the joys and the upsets and handle them accordingly.
