Well, I don't really know that much about birth control or menstrual cycles, but the article seemed to have some validity. I think the times they stated make sense with their statistics for females preferring the more attractive, healthy and strong males around days 6-12. I've just heard stories from female friends who say that sometimes they just look for the most attractive guy at a bar or party and go for him. Evolutionary sense adds to it because Darwin stated females would prefer the male who would be able to provide and protect, so who better than a healthy and attractive male. Personally, I find it funny though that guys who may not be super attractive or strong looking turn out to be the better providers or the more preferred after that 6-12 day cycle because then it's like their hormones topped off and they had their deed and want a real guy to be with. In a way it sucks for the guys that aren't deemed attractive or healthy looking, but hey I guess the nice guys get the girl in the end or...at least from days 1-5 and 15-30 or whatever for the female cycle! Woot! Haha.
